School pupils

A perspective for life – school pupils at CLAAS

We offer qualified training in both technical and commercial disciplines. In addition to the apprenticeship, we offer places on combined vocational training and degree programmes for those with a technical college entrance qualification or A-levels. Our cooperation with DHBW Stuttgart and FH Bielefeld (Gütersloh Campus) enables you to combine practical training with academic studies.

Technical training

Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and would like to use your technical skills independently? We have precisely what you need – a multifaceted technical apprenticeship in which you will get to know production, assembly as well as technical development or plant maintenance. You will lay the first foundation stone to build on your interests as you pass through the various departments.

Business training

Do you want to become more familiar with corporate processes and acquire experience in an international environment at an early stage of your career? If so, we have what you need. As a global company, our assignments are essential on an international stage as well. During your apprenticeship, you will be familiarised with the most important core areas and can demonstrate commitment by accepting responsible tasks. The path to achieving your goal is a clever mix of theory and practice. This allows you to make specific use of the basic theory you acquire at vocational college in various departments such as sales, accounting/controlling, materials management, logistics or human resources.

Combined vocational training and degree programme

A combined vocational training and degree programme offers stacks of advantages: you can combine academic learning with intensive practical work and in doing so translate your theoretical knowledge directly when working for the company. The degree programme is organised by practically experienced lecturers in small groups to ensure optimised learning success. No matter which specialisation you choose in the end – a university degree is your ticket into the coveted world of CLAAS engineering.
